LETTER OF AGREEMENT
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in the following training programme.
Name of course : XXX
Conducted by : xx Sdn. Bhd.
Course Venue: xxx
Duration : 09 January xxxx – 12 January xxxx
15 January xxxx– 16 January xxxx
18 January xxxx – 19 January xxxx
This programme is designed to train engineers on the operations and maintenance of the xxxx and will enhance your technical knowledge and capability as well as being applicable to the nature of your work and career.
In consideration of the abovementioned training, you will undertake and agree to continue to work with XXXX sdn bhd or any member of its group of companies (hereinafter collectively called “the Company”) for two (2) years commencing from the date of completion of the training programme. (hereinafter referred to as “employment bond”)
In the event that you :-
• fail to attend the training where replacement confirrmation is made for whatever reasons, other than medical or compassionate ground.
• fail to complete the full duration of the assigned training for whatever reasons, other than medical or compassionate ground.
• leave or resign from the Company on your own accord before the completion of the employment bond period.
• are dismissed from the Company before the completion of the employment bond period.
• you refuse or by your own conduct render yourself unsuitable to serve or continue to serve the Company until completion of the employment bond period.
you will agree to reimburse to the Company for the sum of Ringgit Malaysia xxxx Hundred Only (RMxxxxx00) being the cost expended by the Company for your training as follows:-
Within the 1st year of completion of the training programme Full amount
After the 1st year of completion of the training programme Proportionate to the remaining period of the employment bond
If you accept the above offer of the training programme upon the terms as specirfied above, please indicate your acceptance by signing the duplicate of this letter. |
